Day of Coordination

At Reeds & Rushes we take great pride in making sure your day turns out exactly how you envision it! In addition to venue staffing and management, we’ll provide a day of coordinator shortly after booking to ensure you have a wedding expert to ask questions and bounce ideas off of. Your coordinator will be in touch for an introduction, six months prior, thirty days out, your rehearsal if you have one, and of course day-of.

A little about me - I married my husband, Ryan, in December of 2022. Our daughter is almost two and we have a baby boy on the way! Our golden retriever (Reuben, like the sandwich) completes our little family. On the weekends you can find us spending time outside, checking out a local brewery or spending quality time with family and friends.

I have always enjoyed planning & hosting events - any excuse to put together a charcuterie board makes my heart happy ;) In preparation of our wedding day I discovered that I wanted to take event planning a step further and make it my career! I have been working closely with R&R since their beginning stages and I couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with them. It has been a great experience working with couples and forming relationships with various vendors in the west metro area.

A little about me - As a married mother of two boys, both of whom I homeschooled, I’m no stranger to managing schedules, staying organized and juggling multiple responsibilities. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help couples bring their wedding dreams to life. Seeing everything come together on a wedding day is a rewarding experience.

Outside of event coordination, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors. Hiking, biking, running or a friendly game of pickleball are some of my favorites. I LOVE to garden! There is something so satisfying about seeing your hard work bloom and grow. I’m also passionate about DIY projects and love getting creative with my hands. My ‘She Shed’ is my ultimate haven : )

A little about me - When I am not in event planning mode I can be found working at my family business, wrenching on classic cars, or hanging around the race track. Being the office manager at a small business has given me organization and time management skills that aid me in coordinating weddings. I have two classic cars, Betty - a 1970 Ford F-250 Ranger, and Marie - a 1971 Mach 1 Mustang. Both of which I restored from top to bottom with my dad.

I found my love for party planning when I was the maid of honor in my cousin's wedding and had a hand in the planning process & all the events that go along with it! Getting to play a role in someone's special day is so exciting and it's such a privilege being there to help bring their wedding day dreams to fruition!
